Custom Wood Screens

Mel-Ray can manufacture any size wood screen you may require.  Wood frames are much heavier than aluminum, so it is best to limit wood frames to 36" in either dimension.  Please use this CONTACT FORM to request a quote for custom sized wood screens.  Be sure to include outside dimensions and mesh count/color in your request.  Frames sized at 21" x 27" or less are normally manufactured with 1.5" x 1.5" profile/dimensioned lumber.  Larger frames will be made with 1.5" x 1.7"  profile/dimensioned lumber.
